The following terms and conditions (collectively, these "Terms of Service") apply to your use of Rewarp app, including any content, functionality and services offered on or via Rewarp.me (the "Website"). Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitations of Liability and Indemnification

Your use of Rewarp is at your sole risk. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for any damages, lost profits, reputational or emotional harm, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of Rewarp. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of Rewarp or from violation of any third-party's rights.

Rewarp makes no warranty or guarantee that using Rewarp will meet user’s requirements or expectations, or that the results of using Rewarp will be accurate, reliable or error-free.

Billing Policies

Certain features of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid features of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms for such paid features that we will provide to you and that we may update them from time to time. Rewarp may add new services for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion.

Refunds

For cancelling any purchases made from the iOS app, you are required to contact Apple requesting a refund.

Free Trial

Rewarp may, at its sole discretion, offer a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial").

You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
